Great Haglöfs Service

Last year I bought a soft shell Sharkfin Hood jacket from Haglöfs at the INTERSPORT in Aarhus City. Unfortunately, the zipper recently broke and I went down to the shop hoping that they could do something about it. Without any hassle, even though I had lost my receipt, they took it in and said they would ship it to the factory. Today, only four working days later, Alice from the shop called me and told me that I can go down and pick up a brand new jacket, great! :)
