Now “Live” From Washington D.C.

by Thomas on August 14th, 2006

I am currently sitting in front of the toilet building here at our camping site in Washington D.C. We do not have power at our tent site so we decided to “steal” some power from the shaving outlet of the mens room :) Unfortunately, I do not feel like sitting in front of the mens room all night so my various portable equipment will still remain without power (this includes my cell).

Yesterday we drove through Shenandoah National Park in Virginia, we walked three of the numerous trails we passed along the narrow “Sky Drive” passing through the park.

We arrived at our D.C. camping site yesterday and spent today touring the Smithsonian Aerospace Museum and walking past Capitol, the White House and the large obelisk, which probably also has a fancy name.

I’ve been to that museum as well when I was in DC. Cool picture.

  3. I thought you were going over there in order to work. Instead you go tubing and stuff. That’s no work morale. By the way, I have been to your office recently and was wondering about your kinky office chair sit pad. Rune then explained to me that is goes the other way round …

  4. He he… yeah, that was fun…

The obelisk is the Washington Monument. Not nearly as fancy as Washington Obelisk, which would be a way cooler name.
