		<description>The only things connected are the ATX power connector, the cpu, the PC speaker, the cpu fan and a single memory sticlk, the board makes no sounds.
It is an AMD XP 1800+ in a brand new ASRock motherboard and a brand new kingston PC2100 512 meg memory stick.</description>

		<description>What kind of CPU is it? Have you tried disconnecting everything except the PC speaker, and listening whether it starts up?
